What is Sferafy?
Modern high-growth enterprises struggle with fragmented SaaS tools: one app for leave requests, another for invoice generation, spreadsheets for laptop inventory, and external email threads for compliance. Sferafy eliminates this sprawl.
Designed with Ukrainian digital statecraft principles (inspired by Diia's clean ergonomic sovereignty), Sferafy delivers unified real-time operations backed by PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) and Next.js 16 App Router.
Core Architectural Pillars
Every component in Sferafy conforms to strict architectural invariants designed to prevent vendor lock-in, data leaks, and operational bottlenecks:
- Multi-Tenant Isolation: Every query and transaction strictly scopes to company_id via cryptographically verified auth.uid().
- Zero Trust & OWASP Top 10 Hardened: Parameterized queries, Zod schema validation, short-lived signed URLs, and anti-IDOR checks.
- Real-Time Event Graph: Immutable append-only audit trail logging user and administrative operations into activity_events.
- Two-Way Ecosystem Sync: Autonomous calendar reconciliation with Google Calendar and instant interactive action cards in Slack.
Technology Stack & Invariants
The platform leverages modern web standards with strict TypeScript mode and high-performance server components.
Partner Onboarding & Workspace Setup
As a managed enterprise SaaS platform, Sferafy requires zero server infrastructure management, container orchestration, or manual database provisioning from partner teams. Workspace creation and activation follows a streamlined 4-step sequence:
- 1. Organization Registration: Register your primary company tenant with verified enterprise credentials.
- 2. CRM Feature Configuration: Navigate to Workspace Settings -> Feature Controls to toggle required modules (PTO, Invoicing, Equipment, Wiki, On-Call) and designate allowed role tiers.
- 3. Team Onboarding: Dispatch cryptographic email invitations with pre-assigned roles (Department Managers, Team Leads, Employees, Finance).
- 4. Ecosystem Integration: Link Google Calendar (2-way OOO sync), Slack (interactive approval cards), and Monobank acquiring (monopay) directly from the management console.
