Sferafy provides a completely anonymous whistleblower intake portal. Reports are assigned a random cryptographic ticket token without recording IP addresses, session cookies, or user identifiers.
Whistleblowers can check status and exchange two-way messages with compliance officers using their unique token.
Quarterly User Access Reviews
To satisfy SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, Sferafy conducts quarterly access reviews where department leads re-certify employee roles, permissions, and tool licenses.
